Welcome to our website. Our mission is to support the Palm Beach Police Department employees through the acceptance and management of tax-deductible gifts and contributions. The principle purpose of our fundraising is to ensure a scholarship program for the young men and women who are children of Palm Beach Police Employees. In addition, we stand ready to provide emergency assistance to any police department employee who is in need.
We offer three types of scholarships: The Palm Beach Police Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship, the Charles R. Evans Foundation Scholarship for superior academic achievement and the William I. Koch Graduate Scholarship. Also, our foundation has raised $150,000 in donations toward the purchase of the Town of Palm Beach’s security surveillance system and were the main financial sponsor for the 2012 Town of Palm Beach Employee Picnic. We offer financial support for unmet needs in the event that a Palm Beach Police Officer is injured or killed in the line of duty or should his or her family suffer serious personal tragedy. The principle funding comes from the annual Policemen’s Ball, held in January each year. We also receive funds from a number of residents and private foundations that enable us to provide the work we do.
We hope you find our site interesting and informative and thank you for visiting.
