David S. Mack is a senior partner in The Mack Company, a real estate development firm headquartered in Fort Lee, New Jersey, with offices in New York and Arizona; and a Director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation with headquarters in Edison, New Jersey. David S. Mack has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Mack-Cali Realty since 2004 and served as a member of the Company's Advisory Board from 1997 to 2004. He is Vice President and Senior Partner of The Mack Company, where he pioneered the development of large, Class A office properties and helped to increase The Mack Company's portfolio to approximately 20 million square feet.
Previously, Mr. Mack served as a member of the Board of Directors as Vice Chairman of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority and on the Board of Directors and as Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Mack serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System and the Pratt Institute. He also serves as a member and secretary of the Board of Trustees of Hofstra University, where he previously served as Vice Chairman. David Mack serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Palm Beach Country Club, where he is a former President and currently the Chairman of Admissions. David is a former Deputy Superintendent (Colonel) of the NY State Police Department and served for 14 years. David Mack also donates his time as the First Assistant Commissioner of the Nassau County Police Department as well as 1st Deputy Commissioner of the City of Long Beach, NY.
Mr. Mack received his B.A. degree in business administration for Hofstra University.
